About Me

Hi, I’m Jamie—a Licensed Professional Counselor, parent coach, and clinical supervisor with over 25 years of experience helping people work through life’s toughest moments and come out stronger.

Individual Therapy

I work with teens, young adults and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Whether you’re navigating a tough transition, questioning a relationship, or simply carrying more than you can hold, therapy offers a place to pause, reflect, and rebuild from the inside out.

Many of my clients are also working to heal from toxic or emotionally harmful relationships—marked by control, confusion, or emotional instability that made it hard to feel safe, heard, or whole. In our work, we focus on reclaiming your voice, rebuilding boundaries, and strengthening the parts of you that may have been ignored or silenced.

Parent Coaching

Parenting a teen can bring out the very best and hardest parts of ourselves. If you feel like you're walking on eggshells, stuck in power struggles, or unsure how to support your child emotionally, you’re not alone. I offer parent coaching for caregivers who want to feel more grounded, more connected, and less reactive. Together, we shift from just managing behavior to creating a more intentional, supportive relationship—with your teen and with yourself.

Clinical Supervision

As an Approved Clinical Supervisor, I also work with therapists who are building their clinical voice and deepening their practice. I offer supportive, collaborative supervision focused on clinical insight, ethical decision-making, and relational depth—especially in work with adolescents, families, and emotionally complex cases. My goal is to create space for reflection, accountability, and confidence in your work.

How I Work

My approach is relational, thoughtful, and real. I meet clients with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for their lived experience. Therapy with me blends insight-oriented work with practical tools—offering a space that’s grounded in safety and open to growth. I also believe therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—humor, compassion, and honesty are welcome here.
